朱天飚，北京大学政府管理学院副教授、副院长（主管研究与发展）、北京大学欧洲研究中心副主任。康乃尔大学政治学博士。研究方向为国际与比较政治学 、国际与比较政治经济学、发展的政治经济分析 。代表作有The Origin and Transformation of Northeast Asian Developmentalism: Consistent Threat, Political-Economic Institutions, and the Developmental States in Taiwan and South Korea (Saarbrücken, Germany: VDM Verlag Dr. Müller, 2011)；Whittaker D.
