Dr. Bei Wu is Professor and Director for International Research at School of Nursing and Professor of the Global Health Institute at Duke University.  She is also a senior fellow at the Duke’s Center for the Study of Aging and Human Development.  She is a fellow of the Gerontological Society of America (GSA) and the Association for Gerontology in Higher Education (AGHE).    As the Principal Investigator, she has led many National Institutes of Health (NIH)- and Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)- funded projects on aging and health related issues.  Her publications cover a variety of topics related to aging and health, such as long-term care, dementia, oral health, caregiving, and health services utilization.
