【主讲人介绍】王之，复旦大学经济学院长聘副教授，复旦大学房地产经济研究中心主任，主要研究领域为城市经济学。其研究成果已发表于Review of Economics and Statistics、Journal of Urban Economics、Journal of Development Economics、Journal of Environmental Economics and Management及《经济学（季刊）》等学术期刊。目前担任Regional Science and Urban Economics、Economic Modelling及《世界经济文汇》编委，同时亦为中国城市与房地产中青年学者30人论坛正式成员、中国城市经济学夏季会议学术委员会委员。
